Kristina’s professional activities encompass representing clients’ interests within civil litigation in courts of general jurisdiction to resolve various civil and administrative disputes.

Kristina conducts legal examination of legal documentation to assess its compliance with legislation, analyzes regulatory acts and judicial practice, prepares written legal opinions on legal matters, and possesses experience with international labor contracts.

As part of her practice, she interacts with the Municipal Property Management Office of Vladivostok on matters concerning the acquisition of land plots, managing of the redistribution process of land plots, and other municipal services.

Kristina actively engages in scientific research, co-authoring a series of publications in leading domestic scientific journals, and participates in scientific-practical conferences and moot courts. In 2023, she presented a report in the section «Legal Aspects of Technology Transfer: the Path to the Country’s Technological Sovereignty» at the VII Pacific Law Forum “The Turn Towards the East: Trends in the Changing Institutions of Law and State in the Era of Globalization and Digitalization”.

Kristina is fluent in English, with her proficiency level confirmed by the Cambridge CELA certificate.
