Lawyers of the law company Inmar Legal Ltd took part in the “Christmas Meeting on the Results of Real estate Market Development”
A business-brunch on the results of regional real estate market development, organized by the Far Eastern Guild of Managers and Developers, took place on Thursday, December 23.
Informal preholiday atmosphere allowed guests and participants of the event to listen to the experts’ reports from different real estate market segments. Kirill Vozisov, a senior lawyer and partner of the CJSC Law Company Inmar Legal Ltd, spoke in his report on an interesting topic of municipal premises development. While these premises are frequently in an awful condition, there is almost no private investment in terms of state and private sector partnership to fix the situation.
The business-brunch was closed by the vote on the results of real estate market development in the past year. Almost unanimous decision was that the year 2010 had been quite productive: the level of 2008 had not been reached yet, but the whole dynamics showed some definite positive results.
