Lawyers of Inmar Legal Ltd company have held a seminar on protection of the objects of author’s and related rights in sphere of hotel and restaurant business
З March, 2011 Cyril Vozisov the Partner of Inmar Legal Ltd company, within the XII Round table “the hospitality Industry: obstacle race” organized by Far East Guild of Developers, has shared experience in sphere protection of the objects of author’s and related rights in sphere of hotel and restaurant business.
Within the presentation devoted to the given problematic, following questions have been considered: the legal characteristic of concept “public execution of production”; questions and recommendations about the conclusion of the license contract; the legal analysis of existing judiciary practice; clauses, conclusions and recommendations.
Besides, positive and negative results on disputes between businessmen and the organizations representing interests of authors on a collective basis have been presented in detail (particularly, the Russian Open Society and the World Intellectual Property Organization).
The given ways of conducting a constructive dialogue with the Russian Open Society and the World Intellectual Property Organization, and also effective interaction with the right holders, have caused obvious interest in the gathered public.
