Within the Pro Bono, Lawyers of Inmar Legal Ltd company have protected the Author’s interests in interrelation with the Publishing company.

Well-known FEFU teacher and the author of numerous scientific publications and monographs, Semechkin N.I., has addressed in Inmar Legal Ltd company for a legal aid.

Having made “the author’s” contract with “Vlados-press” Publishing company in the end of 2005, Semechkin N.I. has given to Publishing company exclusive rights for own work. The Publishing Company infringed obligations under the Contract and hasn’t carried out at a stated time and in the approved number publication of the first trial edition of the manual. With a four years delay and less number of copies the Publishing Company however has published Semechkina N.I.’s work, but has delayed his Author’s Fee.

As a result of Client desire and uneasy interrelation with the Publishing company, Inmar Legal Ltd company has satisfied in a claim order the requirements of the Author:

• the Contract with Publishing company has been terminated;
• any use the Work by the Publishing company is stopped;
• the Author receives sums of money within the Author’s Fee.   

The position of Inmar Legal Ltd company has proved on the basis of item 5.3, subp.а) item 9.4 of the Contract and according to the item of item 450 (item 3), 1250, 1252, 1287 CC RF.
