advancing social and economic development and other measures of the Far East
regions state support” in the part concerning
control of labor migration.

the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin announced the annual
Message of the President of the RF to Federal Assembly in which, besides other
questions, set for the relevant power structures of the task of improvement Far East business
climate, and also to improvement of a labor market and streamlining condition of
foreign labor migration in the RF.

Rubets notes that realization of the first tasks is reflected in the FL project
“About TASED” which norms provide essential privileges in the labor
sphere.
