Inmar Legal Ltd took part in the process of bankruptcy of OJSC HK “Dalmoreproduct”

Inmar Legal Ltd took part in the process of bankruptcy of OJSC HK “Dalmoreproduct” on December 10 on the part of one of the creditors. Next sitting on the case of bankruptcy of OJSC HK “Dalmoreproduct” will be held on December 30, 2004.

Specific requirements of the creditor being represented is that all of them arose after introduction of external management in respect of OJSC HK “Dalmoreproduct” and, therefore fall within so called current payments and should be settled within the general justice proceedings out of turn.
