Inmar Legal Ltd takes part in work to improve the investment climate
On February 6, Ksenia Rubets, a partner of the Inmar legal Ltd, took part in a meeting of employers and business representatives with the heads of the Federal Register of Primorsky Krai, the Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal Register, the Department of Land and Property Relations of the Primorsky Territory organized by the Administration of Primorsky Krai.
These meetings within the framework of comprehensive work on creating comfortable conditions for doing business are held for the second time in the last 4 months in order to increase the investment attractiveness of the Primorsky Territory and to harmonize law enforcement practices and eliminate administrative barriers hindering business activities.
During the meeting, Ksenia Rubets emphasized that against the general background of optimal performance indicators of state structures related to the registration of rights to real estate objects, there is no reason to talk about an attractive and comfortable business climate in Primorsky Krai without improved results of the work of the Department of Land and Property Relations: according to individual applications, consideration of the issue of granting a land plot for all existing legal grounds has been going on for more than 10 months is unacceptable, and about their existence, without any solutions from the department, it makes impossible a positive outcome for the desire of the Primorsky Territory administration to make the conditions of business here favorable and comfortable.
As a result of the discussion, it was decided to organize a separate working meeting on all identified issues of concern with the participation of specialists from the Inmar law firm, representatives of the Primorye Investment Agency, representatives of the management of the Land and Property Relations Department of the Primorsky Territory.
