Inmar Legal Co. took part in VI Pacific Law Forum

On 8 October, VI Pacific Law Forum ‘Law, Its Application and Implementation in the Era of Global Challenges and Changing Reality’ was held in Far Eastern Federal University. Among the participants there were government officials, academics, and business representatives from Russia and foreign countries that discussed the issues of cooperation and international legal regulation of the global problems of modern age.

The Pacific Law Forum took place the sixth time this year, but this is the first time it was so extensive. The representatives of more than 15 countries took part in it, and the total number of delegates more than doubled compared to 2019.

Ksenia Rubets, a partner of Inmar Legal Co., participated in a plenary section of the Forum where teachers of international law universities and schools, UN representatives, consuls general, chairmen of arbitration courts of Asia-Pacific countries gave talks.

Irina Kutiukhina and Nikita Safin, the company lawyers, gave reports at the conference ‘Dialogues on Private Law in the Far East’, that took place as a part of the Forum, on the topics related to copyright protection in images and the issues of court ruling enforcement in litigation cases.
