• setting up companies with foreign participation, alienation of shares/stakes in the company charter capital;
• pledge of shares/stakes in the charter capital of foreign and Russian companies for  securing performance of obligations;
• supporting all transactions on transfer of movable and immovable assets;
• obtaining approval and arranging notifications on transactions that require liaising with national antimonopoly institutions.
