Supporting Issuance of Securities

• consulting on issuance and circulation of various securities;
• registering issuance of various securities;
• developing and registering issuance prospectuses;
• developing a set of documents in printed and electronic formats to be transferred to an independent registrar and assisting in transfer (in case of obligatory transfer or transfer of the register);
• ensuring the issuer maintains the register of registered security holders;
• examining supporting documents for records in the register, personal accounts and logs;
• restoring accounts and logs in the registers of registered security holders;
• developing and submitting quarterly reports of issuers;
• supporting any transactions with securities.
