Inmar Legal Co. offers to optimize the Russian anti-monopoly legislation

Inmar Legal Co. took part in the round-table discussion “Reduction of administrative barriers in the field of construction and development in relation of adoption of the fourth antimonopoly package of normative legal acts” which took place on 28 of April under the “City” 23rd International Constructional Exhibition in Vladivostok. The partner of the firm Kirill Vozisov came up with a number of proposals focused on solving of problem of nonfulfillment of government contracts on the part of the customers, as reported by RIA PrimaMedia.

Director of the OFAS (Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service) in Primorsky region, representatives of the Primorsky regional department of all-Russian non-governmental organization “Association of Lawyers of Russia”, Public Chamber of Primorsky region, Self-regulated NPO “Alliance of builders of Primorsky region”, a number of building organizations and legal firms took part in this event.

The “round table” attendees posed acute problems in the field of construction to which it is necessary to include the following: mass nonfulfillment of government contracts on the part of the customers, the problems of creation of artificial barriers within the organization of auctions, unfair agreement between the customer and contractor as the reason of limited competition, never diminishing amount of examinations and creation of other obstructing barriers and obstacles in the construction business.
