Inmar Legal Ltd Completed Analysis of the Problems in the Sphere of Land Use

For the purpose of increasing the investment attractiveness of Primorsky region, harmonization of the law enforcement practice and elimination of the administrative barriers interfering with the entrepreneurial activity, the Administration of Primorsky region on a constant basis holds meetings with the representatives of the business community for identifying and rectifying the key problems faced by the entrepreneurs in their work.

On October 25, 2018, a regular meeting organized by the Investment Agency of Primorye was held as part of the complex work on creation of the comfortable conditions for conducting business. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastral Records and Cartography in Primorsky region, the Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr in Primorsky region, as well as the Department for Land and Property Relations of Primorsky region.

In the course of the meeting, Natalia Shlyakhova, the partner of Inmar Legal Ltd, highlighted a series of the main problems encountered by business in the course of practical work, and offered optimum measures for solving these problems.

In particular, among the pressing matters are the provision of the land plots and general work of the Department for land and property relations in Primorsky region, lack of feedback from the specialists, as well as the heads of the executive bodies, lack of transparency during the scheduled inspections (verification checks) of the agricultural land plots, moreover, the main purpose of the controlling bodies became not the prevention of the usage violations, but withdrawal of the plots of land, which deprives the entrepreneurs of the confidence in the development of their business.

Based on the results of discussing the matters, Inmar Legal Ltd prepared the analysis of the existing problems in the sphere of land use and proposals for their rectification, which were sent to the Administration of Primorsky region and to the Investment Agency of the Primorsky Region.
